By autumn 2010, after the successful launch of Beachlife’s first project, the Windvillage, Waterfront Bungalows, Garden & Spa, the island’s next comfortable place to stay, Lagoa Azul Eco Lodges & Pool, will open it’s doors at Praia da Barra.

With the majority of all lodges already sold or taken under option, there is only a limited number left, to any quick decider.

The project, similar on material, finishing & interior as the Windvillage, but is unique and different on it’s exterior styling.

The project is also designed to generate income on basis of online rentals.

The Windvillage owners meanwhile discovered what such results mean: while beds and rooms are missing on Brazil’s hottest tourist destination, an impressive 2 digit return was recorded per August 1 2009 and the season had not even started!
