Ilha do Guajiru is has started to prepare for the reception of the PKRA tour, starting next year, '3 years in a row!

Various pousada's and condominiums have started to be built and renovated, but also a brandnew watersports centre is planned to be built till august 2010, so it will opening it's doors just before the PKRA event.

This watersports centre will be part of the NOOTKA chain, a series of confort based watersports centres that is arising along Brazil's windy coastline, with centres already operative in Tabuba (next to Cumbuco) and fleixeiras.

NOOTKA is a sister activity of the famous european watersports centres PLANET, a very succesfull chain spread out over many countries.
