August 2010 - Land prices rising sharply further during 2010. Sales stop expected autumn this year!

While demand for land and investments at Ilha do Guajirú continues it’s strength, the management of the island now forecasts a total SALES STOP of lands, during the autumn, later this year.

This year, 2010, demand is even greater then last 2009, that’s for sure.

Apparently, a lot of investors even analize during the worldwide crisis, there is quite no better place to harbor their money and they are probably right…!

With returns on investment of > 70% as expected for the year, where would you find such results anywhere worldwide?
